The curriculum development is a team process. The team makes a systematic decision on the learner’s characteristics, indented outcomes, content, methods and evaluation strategies. Each step in the curriculum development process builds on the previous step to provide systematic approach. The curriculum development process systematically organizes what will be taught, who will be taught, and how it will be taught. Always, there are new ways to put things together in s little different way, to be more systematic or to adjust and adopt new situations.
