This Terms of Service has been updated as of June 05th, 2025, and will be effective as of February 08th, 2023.

CIMAT - Sana (“CIMAT - Sana”, “we,” “us”, or “our”) provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) based Conversation Platform, named “CIMAT - Sana Platform” or “CIMAT - Sana WhatsApp API Chatbot Solution”, that enables our clients to store, manage, analyse, and transfer messages between their business systems. A “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that has entered into an agreement with CIMAT - Sana to use the Service.


This Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the Customer and CIMAT - Sana (collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually as a “Party”), and it becomes effective on the date the Customer registers for a CIMAT - Sana account through our website, via the Executive Team, or the date stated in the signed Service Agreement (the “Effective Date”).


By registering for a CIMAT - Sana account, you acknowledge that you understand these terms and are entering into the Agreement on behalf of the Customer. Please ensure you have the appropriate authority to bind the Customer to this Agreement before proceeding.


CIMAT - Sana reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any new features or enhancements to the existing Service, including the release of new tools and resources, will be subject to the current Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
